Happy Halloween Family!

     Well, not quite yet, but we're getting darn close!  Which made me
think to myself: "you know what self, for the next issue of the
Wendorfian Times it might be cool to have pictures of everyone in this
year's Halloween costumes!"  To which I promptly replied: "why do you
always think of these things at such inopportune times?  It is still
almost a month until Halloween!  So, you can email everyone your idea
now and risk a high probability that they will forget, or you can put
off emailing everyone and run the risk of a high probability that You
will forget to email them on time!  Why can't you think of these
things at a more appropriate time?  Why can't you let ME run the brain
for a little while?!  What makes you think that YOU are so darn..."
At this point I started ignoring myself and decided to email all of
you.  Now, I know that us Wendorfs can get a little competitive at
times (I've looked up how much it would cost to get lessons on how to
shoot properly and to get in some target practice at the local firing
range before Christmas, and unfortunately I have to decide between
that or making a gingerbread house or buying a new BMW,) so I thought
that I would NOT make this into a competition.  However, I think that
it would still be fun to put all the photos together on a YouTube
video and let everyone look at and comment on each other's costumes
(e.g. Aliyah looks so cute in that pink princess costume, or Ryan
looks so cute in that mutant Klingon costume, or, well, you get the
idea.)  Anyway, if you are planning on costuming for Halloween and can
remember to take a quick snapshot of each person of your family as an
individual and send them to me that would be great!  Unless I get
negative feedback on the idea, I will assume that no one is opposed to
it, and I will try to remember to send you an email a day or two
before Halloween itself as a reminder.  :)
