I am currently working on the second year of my Masters program in Spanish linguistics here at the good ol' University of Georgia.  As part of this, I also teach two lower-level Spanish classes each semester.  I am also an avid fan of the Wendorfian Times and believe that it has never had a better editor than it does at this time!
After I graduate this coming Spring (assuming all goes as planned, of course), I plan on going straight on to a doctoral program in Spanish linguistics, with a focus on second language acquisition (i.e. learnin' Spanish).  We're not sure where we will do the program yet, but, as previous rumours have indicated, we are rather hoping that we will be able to pursue this goal at the University of Texas at Austin.
After I finish my doctorate, I plan on dedicating my life to the profession of professor at a University, so that I can thus help as many people as possible come to the epiphany that is the acceptance of blue as the best color.
We have two children: William, age 2 and a half, born on er... sometime roughly two and a half years ago, enjoys pushing down his younger brother.
Michael, age 1 enjoys taking toys that William has carefully set down in a specific spot, and then waddling off as fast and far as his chubby little legs will allow him before William pushes him down and takes his toy back.
