Well, enough with that depressingness. Here's a family update:
Me: I've finished Arabic 1 and am now in Arabic 2! It's hard, and I'm
supposed to be doing my homework right now.
Jenny: She's been working on her writing lately and is trying to get
something ready for publishing. She's working with a group that helps
each other get short science fiction stories published, so we'll see.
William: He can write 'William' pretty much on his own now. Though we
might have to work on his ego as he usually takes up the entire
writing surface, no matter its size!
Michael: He needs a haircut! But Jenny and Sarah (and Michael for
that matter) disagree. Something to do with the fact that his hair
looks more red when it is a bit longer. <<cringe>> Several times
I've thought of taking some clippers to the boy when his mom isn't
looking, but since I would probably die as a result I haven't done it
yet.
Carly: Well, she's not quite crawling yet, but she is getting a lot
closer! She's doing this kind of seal move now where she raises
herself up on her hands (thus pulling her body a little way forward)
and letting go so she rocks forward. Then repeating as necessary to
get to the cheerios scattered all over the carpet. It looks pretty
funny actually!
Sarah: Have you heard that she's now allergic to wheat?! Yeah, that
kind of stinks for her. And it pretty literally happened over night.
The nice part about it is that she had some nice snacks that she had
not finished that had wheat in them so Jenny and I were able to help
her finish them off. Yum! :)
Anyway, I should probably get back to my Arabic homework. Have a
